VIDEO TOTAL SHORT – REFUND POLICY

1.- DIGITAL PRODUCTS SALES POLICY:

Due to the digital nature of the products sold at Video Total Short (immediate downloadable digital video files), all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to the customer, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued.

2.- BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:

Customers are highly encouraged to review all preview materials, video samples, descriptions, aspect ratios, and technical specifications available on the product page before completing a purchase. A request for a refund based on personal preference, change of mind, or failure to read the product description does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

3.- TECHNICAL EXCEPTIONS AND SUPPORT:

While all sales are final, Video Total Short is committed to customer satisfaction. We will review refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis exclusively under the following technical conditions: – Corrupted File: If the delivered video file is corrupted and cannot be opened or played due to a source error. – Delivery Failure: If the system fails to generate or send the download link after a successful transaction.

4.- CLAIM PROCESS:

If you experience any of the technical issues mentioned above, you must contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief description of the technical issue. After 14 days, no claims or exceptions will be considered.
